Bulk Trash Ward 4
The Bulk Trash Pick-Up For Ward 4 is scheduled for the Week of December 9, 2024. The cost is $10.00 and must be paid at City Hall by FRIDAY, December 6, 2024 , in order to participate. Rules and Guidelines for Bulk Trash Pick-Up: Bulk trash collection may include household furniture and appliances, with a total WEIGHT NOT TO EXCEED 1/2 TON with NO SINGLE ITEM TO EXCEED 250 LBS. Exceeding these limits may result in items being left behind. Bulk trash items MAY NOT INCLUDE vegetative matter, tires, batteries, other hazardous materials, or construction debris. Appliances that have compressors and/or Freon (i.e. refrigerators, air conditioners, freezers, etc.) MUST have the compressor removed. All items for pick-up MUST BE CURBSIDE in front of your home. NO alley or side-street pick-ups are allowed! All items MUST be set out by Monday Morning of the week of your scheduled pickup. If you would like to participate in the bulk trash pick-up for your ward, you MUST REGISTER at City Hall no later than the Friday Before your scheduled pickup week. If you are unsure of which Ward you reside in, please call City Hall at 573-431-3577. Street Closures!
STREET CLOSURES for SFC Dog Dayz Event to be held SATURDAY, JULY 13TH To accommodate the SFC Dog Dayz fundraiser for local animal charities, the following streets will be temporarily closed: 200 & 300 Blocks of West Main: 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM Rinke Street from Main to Franklin: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM These closures will allow for the safe operation of the event, including the Pet & Hoomans Parade on Main Street at 9:00 AM. The Dog Dayz event at 104 Rinke St. Park Hills will feature food trucks, vendors, pet adoptions, demonstrations, contests, and family entertainment. All proceeds benefit local animal charities, shelters, and rescues. We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to come out and support this worthy cause.
